Drive Me Clicks recently acquired Zeus Renovations Cardiff as a new client. In a 90-day sprint from June 2026, we took Zeus Renovations, a Cardiff home renovator with no website and no top-10 map pack ranking, to top-three local map pack rankings across 12 of 13 points on a Cardiff grid, plus a £7,500 booked job.
Zeus Renovations Group Ltd is a Cardiff home renovation company run by Louis, who has 15 years’ trade experience. At the time of onboarding, work came through word of mouth alone, so lead flow was highly inconsistent. The business didn’t have a website or Google Business Profile set up, so it simply wasn’t appearing in searches when Cardiff residents looked for a home renovator.
We began the campaign by building a conversion-optimised website and a Google Business Profile for the client. We then launched a 90-day Local SEO sprint designed to get them ranking on the first page of Google organic and Google Map Pack Results. Here’s exactly what those three months looked like:
Month 1: Built out the core service pages on the website, including dedicated pages for bathroom renovations, kitchen remodels and whole home renovations. We also started building citations in order to boost trust and authority with Google. Additionally, we fully optimised the Google Business Profile and built a review-generation strategy so the client could start building consistent reviews to strengthen map pack rankings.
Month 2: Continued with the service page buildout, building out pages for kitchen and bathroom fitting. We also continued building citations and started sourcing high-quality backlinks from businesses operating in Cardiff.
Month 3: Finished the service page buildout and began optimising website performance using data from Google Search Console. Finished authority building and ran technical SEO checks to ensure the website was fast, mobile-friendly, and indexable.
By the end of the 90-day sprint, the deliverables we completed included:
Service pages: 12 in total, including bathroom renovation, kitchen renovation and whole home renovation, each using real job photos and Cardiff-specific context.
Google Business Profile: Fully completed the profile, added relevant categories and services, continually uploaded new photos and built out customer reviews.
Authority Building: Sourced and acquired 30+ high-quality citations, a local backlink, and managed NAP consistency for Google Maps/AI search optimisation.
Technical SEO: Improved page speed, mobile-friendliness, crawling and indexing, internal linking, and sitemap submission. Also used Search Console and GA4 for the client, including event tracking.
Client input: Louis supplied job photos, committed to collecting reviews, and gave roughly an hour a month to provide the information we needed to build high-quality service pages.
From an investment of £2300 for the 90-day sprint, Zeus Renovations achieved the following results:
Google Map pack ranking: Top three across 92.31% of a 13-point Cardiff grid.
Organic Rankings: Organic rankings are still maturing: the site typically sits towards the bottom of page one for “house renovations Cardiff”. We expect a top 3 ranking within the next few months as the new site matures and Google builds trust in it.
Website clicks: 57 from Google in 90 days, up from zero
Enquiries: 3 in 90 days, one converting to a £7,500 job through the website form
Return: £2,100 campaign cost against £7,500 revenue to date, roughly 3.6x

Now that the initial 90-day sprint has concluded, Zeus Renovations is now on a monthly rolling retainer with us, costing them £400 per month. Given that the business achieved a 360% return on investment in the first 90 days, our campaign has delivered a strong return for the client.
