Generated from website and GBP enquiries in March 2026.
Lawfix Automotive is a local vehicle repair garage based in Cardiff, Wales. Shortly after opening in 2025, they approached us for help with their digital marketing.
At the time, they had no website and only a very basic Google Business Profile. The business was relying heavily on word-of-mouth referrals and lead platforms to generate revenue, and wanted to build a stronger online presence that could produce a consistent, long-term source of leads.
Our first priority was to build Lawfix a conversion-focused website that could turn Google traffic into enquiries. We created the core service and contact pages, and added key on-page conversion elements such as review sections, photography, and lead forms.
We then carried out keyword research and competitor analysis to identify the best opportunities in the local market and understand what would be needed to compete in search results.
Using this research, we built and optimised more than 40 service pages, each designed to improve Google visibility and attract high-intent local traffic.
Alongside the website work, we fully optimised Lawfix’s Google Business Profile by selecting the most relevant categories and services, adding fresh photos and posts regularly, and helping generate consistent reviews to improve local trust signals.
We also built key local citations on trusted platforms such as Bing Places, Yell, and Nextdoor, and created and linked supporting social media profiles to strengthen brand consistency across the web.
To further build authority, we secured local backlinks and sponsorship opportunities through outreach to local organisations and news outlets, helping raise the garage’s profile and improve trust in Google’s eyes.
Finally, we implemented technical SEO improvements to make sure the website was fast, mobile-friendly, and easy to use. We also added schema markup and ensured that all priority pages were properly indexed.
Just four months after launch, the campaign had already produced strong early results.
Total March revenue: £4,800
Monthly campaign cost: £700
By combining a conversion-focused website with a strong local SEO strategy, Lawfix Automotive has built a solid foundation for long-term lead generation. Based on the progress made in the first four months, the campaign is on track to become a major revenue channel for the business by the end of 2026.
