3. Contract Formation

A contract is formed when:

  • You accept our proposal

  • We confirm in writing

  • Payment is received (where applicable)

All work is subject to these terms unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Fees & Payment

  • All prices are in GBP

  • VAT is charged where applicable

  • Payment terms will be stated on your invoice

  • Late payments may result in service suspension

  • We reserve the right to charge statutory interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Regulations 2013

5. No Guarantee of Results

SEO performance depends on third-party platforms (Google, Bing, etc).

We do not guarantee:

  • Specific rankings

  • Traffic levels

  • Revenue increases

We commit to applying proven industry methods, but search engine algorithms are outside our control.

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide access to required systems

  • Supply accurate information

  • Respond to requests promptly

  • Approve content within reasonable timeframes

Delays caused by you may affect timelines.

7. Intellectual Property

Unless agreed otherwise:

  • We retain ownership of methodologies and processes

  • You own content created once full payment is made

  • We may showcase work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep business information confidential unless required by law.

9. Cancellation & Termination

Monthly services:

  • 30 days written notice required

  • Work continues during notice period

  • No refunds for work already completed

Fixed projects:

  • Payments are non-refundable once work starts

We may terminate immediately if:

  • Payments are overdue

  • Terms are breached

  • Unlawful activity is detected

10. Refund Policy

Refunds are not offered for:

  • Completed work

  • Ongoing SEO services

  • Strategy development

Refunds only apply where:

  • We fail to deliver agreed services

  • This is proven in writing

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect losses

  • We are not liable for lost profits or revenue

  • Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the previous 3 months

Nothing limits liability for:

  • Fraud

  • Negligence causing injury

  • Legal obligations that cannot be excluded

  • Upload malicious content
